Tania Calzado Rodríguez has extensive experience in human resources and training, particularly within Dayvo Sistemas since March 2011, where responsibilities include talent acquisition, staff training, and project planning for the web design department. Prior to this, Tania worked as a freelance graphic designer serving small and medium enterprises from March 2009 to March 2011. Tania's educational background includes a Professional Certification for Vocational Training Teaching, coaching and HR studies, and a degree in Fine Arts with a focus on graphic design from Universidade de Vigo.
