Claire Dow is an experienced cultural leader currently serving as the Culture Strategy Lead Officer at Leisure and Culture Dundee since November 2023. Dow holds multiple trustee positions with Fife Cultural Trust and Royal Lyceum Theatre, along with membership in the Events Industry Advisory Group. From April 2017 to December 2023, Dow worked at Dundee City Council, progressing from Principal Events Officer to Senior Events Officer. In addition, Dow has been involved with Creative Dundee as a Board Member and Past Chair, and has been a Fellow of the Clore Leadership Programme. Previous roles include consulting for Creative Scotland and producing significant theatrical works at Dundee Rep Theatre. Dow holds a BA in Stage Management from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama.
