Andrew Bagley is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Fiera Capital since April 2022, Andrew previously held the position of Vice President in Advisory Compliance at Morgan Stanley from May 2017 to March 2022. Prior roles include Compliance Officer at Lord Abbett, where significant contributions were made towards the development of a Regulatory Surveillance Program, and at First Eagle Investment Management, overseeing the Firm Code of Ethics and personal trade approvals. Andrew also served as a Compliance Officer at AllianceBernstein, where responsibilities included subadvisory surveillance monitoring and client Fund Board reporting. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Worcester State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
