He has been associated with the Company since its inception and has more than 30 years’ experience in production and manufacturing operations of automotive lightings, signaling equipment and rear view mirrors. He was appointed on the Board of our Company in October 2008. He is presently responsible for production and manufacturing operations in North India facilities of our Company.
