Sam Lu has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. They are currently working as a Product Designer at Fieldwire since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a User Experience Designer at DaySmart Software, Inc. from August 2020 to October 2021. They also gained experience as a UX Design Intern at Knowledge Forum from June 2020 to August 2020. Additionally, Sam worked as an Instructional Aide at the University of Michigan - School of Information from January 2019 to December 2019. They started their career as a Provider Experience Intern at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in May 2019, where they focused on information architecture, content cataloging, and user experience design.

Sam Lu attended the University of Michigan - School of Information from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information with a field of study in UX Design. In addition, Sam Lu has also obtained a certification in Construction Management Foundations from LinkedIn in October 2021.
