Rodrigo Erquiaga's work experience includes being a Software Engineer at Fieldwire since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Instructor at Dreams for Schools from March 2018 to June 2021. Additionally, they served as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the California Plug Load Research Center (CalPlug) from March 2018 to September 2018, where they focused on UI design implementation and full-stack development. Rodrigo also has experience as an Internship with the REVS-UP Robotics team at California State University, Bakersfield in 2014, where they automated commands through Python scripting.

Rodrigo Erquiaga pursued their education from 2015 to 2019 at UC Irvine, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Preventing Harassment in the Workplace from LinkedIn in June 2021.
