Hannalore Clause, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various industries. Hannalore currently serves as a Construction Success Manager at Fieldwire since April 2022. Previously, they worked as a Recycling Engineer at Wieland Group from August 2021 to January 2022, where they managed the planning and scheduling process for a major greenfield capital expansion project and coordinated activities between departments in North America and Europe.

Prior to that, Hannalore held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Atlas Companies (Atlas Metal Products Co., Inc.) from June 2017 to July 2021. In this role, they contributed to the company's strategic initiatives and overall growth.

Hannalore also gained valuable experience as a Project Engineer at Messer Construction Co. from June 2016 to April 2017, where they worked on various construction projects. Additionally, they completed an internship as a Project Connect Intern at Brown-Forman from July 2015 to May 2016.

Prior to their MBA, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same university, graduating in 2012-2015. Before that, Hannalore attended the Gatton Academy of Mathematics and Science from 2010-2012, where they focused on Pre-Civil Engineering.
