Tom Barsalou currently serves as President of FieldConnect and Aldrich Web Solutions, having joined Cordance in May 2023. Prior to this, Tom held significant roles including Head of Strategic Product Partnerships for Home Services at Podium and Head of Customer Experience as well as General Manager at Homesnap. Tom also led business development and operations at mHelpDesk, and served as Head of Business Development at Infusionsoft. Additionally, Tom co-founded Novo and held the position of VP of Business Development at ACUITUS International Corporation. Tom's military experience includes serving as an Army Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from East Carolina University, obtained in 2008.
