Jose Joy is a dedicated care assistant with extensive experience in providing primary care for dementia patients, having worked at Fieldbay since September 2022 and previously at Caron Group from March 2022 to August 2022. Before specializing in care, Jose gained experience as a data analyst at EnFuse and a process executive at BPO Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., where responsibilities included sales of electricity and gas to customers in the USA. An internship at ONGC Foundation involved participation in an enhanced oil recovery project. Jose holds a Master's degree in Management (International) from Swansea University and a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Anna University.
