Rachel Baska is a skilled psychotherapist with extensive experience in various therapeutic settings. Currently holding positions at Field Trip Health and Rachel Baska Counseling, PLLC, both since 2022 and 2020 respectively, Rachel has previously served as a primary therapist at Center For Discovery and as a medical family therapist at Swedish, focusing on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Academic contributions include co-authoring "A Practice Beyond Cultural Humility" while at Seattle Pacific University, where Rachel also worked as a graduate research assistant.
