Nanci Kauffman possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and governance, currently serving as a Board Member at Presentation High School since June 2024 and as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Field Middle since August 2021. Kauffman has also held various roles at Castilleja School from August 1999 to September 2023, including Head of School and Middle School Teacher. Additionally, Kauffman contributed as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Peninsula Bridge from September 2010 to September 2023 and served as a Trustee at Wagner College from August 2012 to October 2018, as well as at The Hamlin School from 2010 to 2016. Kauffman's earlier career includes positions as an Advancement Officer and Teacher at Marymount School of New York from September 1979 to June 1989. Kauffman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vassar College and two Master of Arts degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Curriculum and Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University.
