Ryan O'Connell has held various roles in the business world since 2001. Ryan began their career at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate. In 2007, they joined Target, where they held various merchant and leadership positions over a seven year period, including Director & Sr. Director (DMM), Household Essentials (2013 - 2016) and Director, Electronics (2011 - 2013). Ryan also held a Business Development/M&A role. In 2016, they became President & CEO of Duke Cannon Supply Co. and later President.

Ryan O'Connell obtained a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA in General Management from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
