Eldar also held the position of Sr. Director, Product & Engineering at PayPal from 2018 to 2020. Eldar has experience as a founder and CEO at Jetlore and as a Research Scientist at both Microsoft and Google. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Bit Group, Inc. and as a Software Engineer at Sapient. Eldar's work has had an impact on search engine design, ranking, and advertising.

Eldar Sadikov holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Eldar then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Stanford University from 2008 to 2010. Concurrently with their master's degree, Sadikov also pursued a Ph.D. in Computer Science at Stanford University from 2007 to 2010.
