Przemyslaw Dominik GACIA is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in UAV testing, product development, and materials science. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Field since August 2022, Przemyslaw has successfully achieved Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 8 and 9 for new drone models. Previous roles include UAV Test Pilot and Senior R&D Engineer at Sevendof, where notable accomplishments involved developing multiple constructions to TRL 7. Prior experience includes design and manufacturing engineering at 1X, development engineering at NetComposites, and research roles at prestigious institutions such as the National Institute for Materials Science in Japan and the ABB Corporate Research Center. Przemyslaw holds a PhD in Materials Science from Warsaw University of Technology and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Material Science and Robotics and Mechatronics from AGH University of Krakow.
