Tom Temple is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in advising senior management teams, boards of directors, and business owners on exclusive sales, divestitures, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and financing transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Fidus Partners since October 2015, Tom previously held the same title at Brookwood Associates, where Tom opened the Charlotte office and co-led the firm. Early career experience includes positions as Officer at Bowles Hollowell Conner, Vice President of Corporate Finance at Bear Stearns, and Consultant at Bain & Company. Tom holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
