Tom Kmak

Tom Kmak is the current CEO at Fiduciary Decisions. Tom has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on retirement planning. Tom started their career in 1988 as an associate at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Tom quickly rose through the ranks and became responsible for the firm's defined contribution practice. In 1990, Tom left Mercer to start JPMorgan Retirement Plan Services (RPS).

RPS quickly became one of the largest and most prestigious recordkeepers in the country. Under Tom's leadership, the company grew to over $115 billion in assets under management, 1.5 million participants, and 1,100 employees. In 2003, JPMorgan purchased RPS and Tom continued to lead the company until their retirement in 2007.

Since retiring from JPMorgan, Tom has been focusing on their role as CEO of Fiduciary Decisions. Tom is passionate about helping others plan for their retirement and enjoys working with a team of experienced professionals to provide the best possible service to clients.

Tom Kmak earned a B.A. in Economics and Computational Mathematics from DePauw University.
