Timileyin Olapo currently serves as the Vice Chair at CSIRT.global since November 2023 and holds the position of Information Security Officer and QA Analyst at Fiducia Data Services since July 2022. In the role at Fiducia, Timileyin leads training sessions and develops instructional materials for clients regarding security systems, while also handling break/fix and IMAC activities. Prior experience includes working as a Microsoft Support Ambassador at Limitless Technology from July 2019 to June 2022, where Timileyin provided technical support, documented user issues, and ensured high customer service standards. Additionally, Timileyin worked as a Travel Agent at Perplanum Travels from September 2019 to August 2021. Timileyin holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Redeemer's University, obtained between 2017 and 2019.
