Philippe Coilland serves as the Directeur du service juridique at Fidu since September 2017, overseeing a team of 12 professionals in corporate and business law, managing a portfolio of approximately 1,500 companies. Key responsibilities include group restructuring, complex financial operations, and legal rationalization efforts that contributed to a doubling of revenue and a significant increase in EBITDA. Previously, Philippe was the Responsable du Pole Droit des Sociétés at EFFIGEST, managing a team and handling various corporate legal matters for around 500 companies. Philippe also held positions as Notaire Assistant at Wargny Lelong & Associés and Notaire Stagiaire, with extensive experience in real estate, corporate law, and client management, along with internship experience at Septodont. Philippe holds advanced degrees in Notarial Law and Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
