Joachim Fiedler has an extensive background as a professional musician, serving as a freelance cellist with numerous prestigious orchestras and ensembles, including the Deutsche Oper Berlin, Bamberger Symphoniker, Musica Antiqua Köln, Berliner Philharmoniker, and Chamber Orchestra of Europe from 1991 to 2003. Education includes a Diplom in Orchestermusik from Universität der Künste Berlin and studies at Musikhochschule Lübeck.
