Mostafa Mirnouri has had a diverse range of work experience in the book industry. Mostafa began their career at Bookcity as a Sales Specialist, where they focused on ordering books and assisting customers. After two years, they were promoted to the role of Sales Manager, where their responsibilities grew to include managing internal affairs and leading a sales team. In 2014, Mostafa joined Tajrish Bookcity to help set up a new store and later managed the sales team. In 2016, they transitioned to the digital space and joined Fidibo, the first e-book application in Iran, as a Digital Marketing Manager. Mostafa excelled in this role, leading successful campaigns to acquire new users and increase app installations. Mostafa was then promoted to Marketing Manager, where they led a team and had key performance indicators focused on business growth and customer retention. In their most recent position as Marketing Director at Fidibo, they continued to drive the efficiency of the supply chain, work on exclusive book productions, and execute digital and content-based campaigns to improve business metrics.
Mostafa Mirnouri earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch, where they studied from 2003 to 2008.
