Jim Zadrozny is senior vice president and co-head of Institutional Sales within the Asset Management Solutions division at Fidelity Investments. Fidelity Investments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, and individuals. The Fidelity Asset Management Solutions division is an integrated investment, distribution, and client service organization dedicated to meeting the unique needs of the institutional marketplace. In this role, he is responsible for the management of new business development and relationship management activities, primarily focused on corporate and public plan sponsors, endowments, and foundations. Mr. Zadrozny has served in a number of institutional capacities during his career with Fidelity. He primarily works with defined benefit and other institutional investors on various initiatives, such as managing pension risk, liability driven investing, and multi-asset class portfolios. Mr. Zadrozny has focused on additional institutional products, including non-qualified plans, variable annuities, and sub-advised portfolios. He also worked at a financial services consulting firm focusing on insurance and mutual fund companies. He has been in the financial industry since 1995. Mr. Zadrozny earned his bachelor of arts degree in English and government from Colby College and his master of business administration degree, with a concentration in finance, from Boston College. He holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
