Jay Tian currently holds the position of Director at Fidelity Investments, a role assumed in January 2022. Prior to this, Jay served as Digital Technology Lead at MassMutual from October 2018 to December 2021, and as Software Development Manager at Octo Telematics from May 2017 to October 2018. Jay's academic career includes a tenure as Assistant Professor at Clark University from June 2012 to July 2017, and entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of PopPlay from 2014 to 2017. Jay holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a PhD in Information Science from Queen's University, and a BSc from Peking University.
