Claire Pinocci is an experienced professional in quality assurance and relationship management, currently serving as Head of Quality Assurance at Fidelity Institutional since January 2016. Previously, Claire held various roles at Fidelity Investments (National Financial) from February 2001 to July 2013, including Vice President of Product Consultant, where responsibilities included generating revenue, managing client relationships, and facilitating product enhancements. Earlier career experience includes a role as Director of Product Management, and Sr. Project Manager focused on client integration. Additionally, Claire worked as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Claire holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Boston College.
