Captain Chad serves as a freelance OUPV/6-Pack Captain since February 2022 and currently works as a Simulator Instructor at Fidelity Technologies Corporation, specializing in Antisubmarine Warfare, Antisurface Warfare, Surveillance Systems, Navigation, Crew Resource Management, and Search and Rescue. Prior to this role, Captain Chad held positions as a Simulator Instructor at Delaware Resource Group and Cubic Corporation, and served as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy for two decades. Captain Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University, a Master of Public Administration from Troy University, and a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College. Additional certifications include a 25 Ton Master Captain, OUPV/6-Pack Captain, and Sailing Endorsement from Mariners Learning System.
