Jennifer Hansen is an experienced Senior Escrow Officer currently at Fidelity National Title Company in Colorado since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as an Escrow Officer at First American Title from August 2017 to October 2022 and held the position of Closing Officer at Guardian Title Agency, LLC from June 2013 to August 2017. Jennifer's earlier experience includes serving as an Escrow Officer at Assured Title Agency, LLC and Stewart Title, accumulating extensive expertise in conducting title searches, preparing final paperwork, witnessing document signings, and ensuring the legal execution of transactions. Jennifer is a graduate of Poudre High School.
