Clayton Bevan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in contact center solutions and systems administration. Currently serving as a Genesys Platform Administrator at Fidelity National Home Warranty since March 2021, Clayton previously held roles as a Senior Contact Engineer/Consultant at The Solutions Group, where skills in automation scripting and interaction analysis were developed. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Voice Engineer at Fujitsu Americas / HCL and an Applications Analyst role at Capstone/Mutual of Omaha, specializing in Genesys platforms. Notably, Clayton spent 14 years at Genesys - Echopass as a Senior CTI Developer, where the architecture and implementation of cloud-based services for customer service centers were accomplished.
