Eric Jacobsen has over a decade of experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as Service Parts Coordinator at Fidelity Mechanical Services since May 2013, where responsibilities include collaborating with service technicians to procure parts and generate repair proposals. Previously held the position of Purchasing Coordinator at Fidelity, managing the procurement of building materials for HVAC projects. Earlier roles included Center Manager and Inside Sales Associate at Sure Comfort Supply Center and various positions at United Products Distributors, Inc., where services focused on supplying HVAC parts to contractors. Eric has completed education at Anne Arundel Community College and the Community College of Baltimore County.
