Henk-Jan Rikkerink is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and research. Currently serving as the Global Head of Solutions and Multi Asset at Fidelity International since April 2020, Rikkerink has held various leadership roles within the company from 2006 to 2020, including Head of Equities - Global Research & Systematic and Global Head of Equity Research. Prior to joining Fidelity, Rikkerink was a Manager at Bain & Company (2000-2006) and a Senior Consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton (1996-1998). Rikkerink holds an MBA from INSEAD and a MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
