Yara Chehadi is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Recruitment Supervisor at Fidelity Insurance since November 2022, focusing on expanding the Direct Sales Force in Lebanon through effective candidate recruitment, training, and development. Previously, Yara held positions as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Purple Martin S.A.L in 2021 and as a Recruitment Specialist at both BSL Bank from October 2017 to June 2021 and Société Générale de Banque au Liban SAL from May 2016 to October 2017, where involvement in project management for human resources development and transformation was also part of the role. Yara holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences and a Master's degree in Leadership & Human Resources Management from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
