Paula Dicus, SPHR, has extensive experience in the human resources field, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Management at Cable ONE since October 2019, Paula has also held the position of Human Resources Manager at Fidelity Communications since 1999, where responsibilities have included Safety and Workers Compensation Management, Training & Development, HRIS Management, Compliance, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Performance & Compensation Management. Prior roles include Manager/HR Specialist, where Paula contributed to the Due Diligence process for acquisitions and developed the company’s first HR/Safety website, and Executive Assistant, providing support to senior leadership. Paula holds Chancellor's Certificates in Business Applications and SharePoint 2010 from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
