Matthew Falkowski has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Matthew is currently the Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Fidelity Building Services Group, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at ClearOne Advantage from January 2019 to March 2021. During their time there, they managed the FP&A group and collaborated with senior executives to enhance commission structures, resulting in cost reductions and increased revenues.

Before joining ClearOne Advantage, Matthew worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at the same company from January 2015 to March 2021. Matthew utilized Tableau and SQL to develop analyses and reporting, improving transparency and visibility into the business. Matthew also prepared monthly reports of KPIs and Profit & Loss Analysis for senior management and investors and created company valuation models using various techniques.

Matthew started their career as an Experienced Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they assessed fair market value and performed loss analysis of structured products for different client portfolios. Matthew also developed proprietary excel models for verifying disclosures in trustee-issued investor reports and assisted in benchmarking for various structured products in the US and European markets. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Financial Analyst at United Stationers, an Analyst (Consultant) at Constellation Energy, and an Analyst at Standard & Poor's.

Matthew's early career includes stints as an Analyst (Intern) at JMI Equity and an Account Executive at Horizon Label LLC. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in finance, analysis, business intelligence, and analytics throughout their career.

Matthew Falkowski earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Loyola University Maryland in 2008. Matthew then attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2011 to 2014, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a Master of Finance degree specializing in Finance. Prior to their university education, Matthew graduated from Saint Joseph's Preparatory School in 2004.
