John Kepley has been an entrepreneur for the past decade. In 2010, they founded Career Design Coaching and became an Executive Committee Member for the HIMSS - Tennessee Chapter. In 2016, they joined the Entrepreneurs' Organization as the Global Membership Committee Structured Growth Co-Chair, East Region Growth Director, and Area Director. In 2017, they founded Tekc, a company with a mission to create FUN experiences that SIMPLIFY lives. In 2018, they became an Advisor for Triton Systems and Co-Founder of TalntShop. In 2019, they founded Fidelis Ideas and became a Strategic Advisor for HRPredict. In 2020, they became Co-Founder of The Hyst Life and in 2022, Co-Founder of Aspera Life.

John Kepley attended Westmoreland High School from 1988 to 1992. John then went on to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1992 to 1994, studying Business Marketing. John then attended Volunteer State Community College from 1994 to 1995, where they earned an A.D. in Business. John then went on to Tennessee State University from 1995 to 1997 to study Business.
