Lalit Verma is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the engineering and project management fields. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Technical Launch Leader at FICOSA since July 2018, Lalit manages project management activities and oversees product development work packages. Previously, Lalit held positions including Senior R&D Engineer at Sand Martin's Aggressive Digital System Pvt. Ltd, where leadership and innovation in product development were emphasized, and Operation & Quotation Engineer at Circuitronix, LLC, focusing on design and development for various electronic devices. Lalit's early career included roles as Hardware Design Engineer at Logic Eastern and Engineer at Sun Shine Tube Tech, demonstrating a strong foundation in hardware design and development. Lalit holds an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University and completed high school with a focus on Science at St. John's School.
