Daniel Sanz is a seasoned product design engineer with extensive experience in the automotive sector. Currently at IDNEO/FICOSA since June 2014, Daniel specializes in mechanical projects for telematics, mechatronic components, and integrated antennas, contributing to the design of telematic control units for major brands like Jaguar, Volvo, and Renault, as well as mechanical developments for Tesla and VW. Previously, from January 1999 to May 2014, Daniel worked at Faurecia, focusing on interior automotive projects, including validated developments for Seat's new glove box concept and participating in patents to enhance product quality. Daniel's career also includes roles at EPSA, Italdesign Giugiaro, and Behr, where contributions ranged from air conditioning system optimizations to technical developments for body components for Seat and Ford models. Daniel holds a Technical Industrial Engineering degree with a specialization in Mechanics from the Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya and additional qualifications in plastics engineering and design.
