Caprice Lumphrey Bastos has extensive experience in global business operations, currently serving as Vice President at FICO since December 2009, where previous positions included Sr. Director roles in both Global and North America Business Operations, as well as Director of Latin America & Caribbean Business Operations and Marketing Manager for the same region. Prior experience includes roles at D&B as Product Director for Risk Management Solutions and leader of Customer Experience Strategy, along with a summer internship in Product Development at Brunswick Corporation. Caprice also contributed to Bigdough, inc. as Research Operations Manager, Team Leader in Hedge Fund Research, and Research Analyst. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Duke University, a specialization in International Program in Management from FGV, and a BA in Psychology with an Integrated Minor in Business and Sociology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
