Russell Tiejema serves as Executive Vice President and CFO at US LBM since June 2024, maintaining a strong presence in various leadership roles and boards. At Boys & Girls Clubs of America, involvement includes serving as a director and treasurer for the Board of Boys & Girls Club of Tampa Bay. Tiejema is also an Advisory Board Member with the FL Institute of CFOs and has held board positions at Sacopan. Prior experience includes executive roles at Masonite International, Lennox International, General Motors, and GM Global Powertrain, with expertise in finance, strategic planning, and corporate development. Tiejema holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Management from Kettering University.
