Mike Pedroza has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Mike began their career at Fibrebond Corporation as a Warehouse Manager in 1984 and held this position until 1994. In 2018, they returned to Fibrebond as the Director of Quality and Testing. Prior to their current role, they also served as an Installation Manager at Fibrebond Corporation.

Mike Pedroza attended Christ International Bible College from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Ministry with a focus on Theology and Theological Studies.
