Zhonghai Shen currently serves as the Global CFO at HSCC (Highsun) since January 2024 and has held the position of Deputy Finance Director at Highsun Group since August 2019. In addition, Zhonghai has been the Financial Controller at Fibrant China since August 2015, focusing on strategy implementation, financial planning, reporting, and risk management. Previous experience includes roles as Controller at DSM Fibre Intermediate China and Manager of Business Applications, where Zhonghai managed ERP application and implementation, respectively. Early career stages included positions as Project Manager at DSM Resin Nanjing and Site Controller at DSM Engineer Plastics China. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from Maastricht School of Management and additional studies at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
