Neal Spruce is a prominent figure in the fitness industry, currently serving as the CEO and founder of dotFIT, LLC, a company dedicated to holistic evidence-based programs. With extensive experience, Spruce has been an investment partner at fibr since 2021, focusing on addressing staffing challenges within the fitness sector. As the owner and operator of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 1996, Spruce has significantly contributed to its status as a leader in fitness and sports performance education. Previously, as the owner/operator of PTA Global from 2016 to 2020, Spruce developed comprehensive education initiatives for fitness leaders.
