Peter Bæk is an experienced professional in the product management and engineering sectors, currently serving as Chief Product Management and Quality HSE Officer at Fiberline Composites A/S since June 2022, focusing on new product opportunities and long-term product strategy. Prior to this, Peter held the position of Commercial Excellence Manager at Polytech, specializing in sensors for blade monitoring. Peter's extensive tenure at LM Wind Power included roles as Senior Manager of Product Management, responsible for technology investment decisions and maintaining product pipelines, and prior positions in technical marketing, conceptual design, and systems engineering, contributing to the development of innovative wind turbine technologies and research during an Industrial Ph.D. at LM Wind Power in collaboration with Risø-DTU. Academic credentials include a PhD in Engineering and an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
