Tiberiu Serbulea has a strong background in media operations and project management, with a focus on sports events. Tiberiu Serbulea earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca, which they attended from 2013 to 2016. Tiberiu then pursued a Master's degree in Advertising at the same university from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, in 2012, they completed a program in Business Administration, Management, and Leadership at the Institute of Leadership & Management. In 2008, Tiberiu obtained their Diplomă de Bacalaureat in Economics from Colegiul "Mihail Cantacuzino". Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including GDPR - DPO from Centrul de Formare si Incluziune Sociala Romania in April 2018, Project Manager from ICG Integrated Consulting Group Romania in April 2017, Basketball Referee from the Romanian Basketball Federation in September 2013, and Ski Monitor from Autoritatea Națională pentru Calificări in November 2012.
