Leyla Ausheva has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as an Assistant to the CEO at Technic ONE, where they provided administrative support and assisted with business strategies. In 2017, they worked as a Student Admissions Assistant at Webster University Geneva, ensuring efficient communication with potential students. Leyla then became an Administrative Assistant in Admissions at the same university in 2018, where they supported office management and coordinated recruitment efforts. Leyla also worked as a Business Development Executive at Forth Capital in 2018, handling new sales inquiries and appointment bookings. Currently, Leyla holds the position of Senior Associate - Secretary General Office at FIBA, where they are responsible for managing meetings and reports, as well as providing proofreading and translation services.

Leyla Ausheva completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from City, University of London from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they studied at the International Baccalaureate program from 2011 to 2013. Leyla also attended SouthBank International School from 2009 to 2013. Leyla began their education at Collège Du Léman, where they studied from 1997 to 2009.
