Meredith Olmstead has over 15 years of experience in the education and digital marketing field. Meredith began their career in 2002 as a Social Studies Teacher and Department Chairperson at Lakota Local Schools. In 2006, they moved to A-Ha! Learning Center, where they were the Director of Education and was responsible for teacher supervision and curriculum development. In 2009, they joined Global Partnership Schools as a Lead Coach, where they recruited, trained, scheduled, and supervised a team of 10+ teachers. In 2012, they became the Director of Online Marketing at Shaping Change, leading a small business into the world of social media and online marketing. In 2013, they founded FI GROW Solutions, working with clients to plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns with a focus on social media assets and email automation integration.

Meredith Olmstead's education history includes a Master of Education (MEd) from Teachers College, Columbia University, obtained between 2000 and 2002 in the field of Social Studies and School Administration. Meredith also holds a Bachelor's degree from Georgia State University, obtained between 1996 and 1998 in the field of Social Studies Teacher Education. Finally, they graduated from Grady High School in 1993. Additionally, Olmstead has obtained various certifications, including Facebook Marketing Success System, Lead by Mari Smith & Dennis Yu (2014), HubSpot Agency Partner Certified (2018), HubSpot Marketing Software Certified (2017), HubSpot Certification (2016), and Inbound Certification (2015).
