Yanyan Gai is a Managing Consultant at FI Consulting. Yanyan uses her expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Enterprise Solutions to provide clients with business solutions that automate business processes, accelerates standardization, and ensures compliance and accuracy. She has a strong track record with hands-on expertise throughout the project lifecycle, using Agile/Scrum teams to document, plan, develop, and deploy SaaS solutions. Prior to joining the FI team in 2018, Yanyan worked as a project manager at MEDA, an International Economic Development organization. Yanyan has extensive industry knowledge in Impact Investing, Small and Medium Enterprise Lending, and Agricultural Supply Chain. Yanyan received a Bachelor of Law degree in Sociology from Renmin University of China and a Master of Public Administration degree with a specialization in Economic and Financial Policy from Cornell University.
