Thomas Unterhuber is the Head of Human Resources for Eastern Europe and Austria at Capgemini, a leading global company that focuses on transforming and managing business operations through technology. Unterhuber has been with Capgemini since September 2012. In addition to this role, Unterhuber serves as a lecturer at FHWien der WKW, teaching subjects related to HR leadership, labor law, and compensation and benefits since February 2021. Prior to joining Capgemini, Unterhuber worked at Mondi AG in HR Compensation and Benefits from February 2012 to August 2012. Unterhuber holds a Master of Management degree in Human Resources Management from WU Wien.
