Teresa Waidmann is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law, currently serving as a Partner and Counsel at Schoenherr Attorneys at Law since June 2014. Teresa specializes in both contentious and non-contentious areas of employment law, including executive contracts, employment of foreign citizens, benefits, litigation, and restructuring. In addition to practicing law, Teresa is a Lecturer at FHWien der WKW, teaching employment law and social security law to master's students. Teresa also holds the position of Vice President of the Labor Law Commission for AIJA, contributing to the international legal community. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate at Hausmaninger Kletter Rechtsanwälte and a Legal Intern at BP, complemented by a foundational role as a Paralegal at Wolf Theiss. Teresa earned a Magister/Master in law from the University of Vienna, further enhancing a strong legal background.
