Phillip Wrabetz is a Senior Associate at Wolf Theiss, specializing in intellectual property and technology, media, and telecommunications (IP & TMT) since September 2022, after previously serving as an Associate with the same team from February 2017 to July 2021. In addition to this role, Phillip Wrabetz is an External Lecturer at FHWien der WKW, teaching topics related to unfair competition, media, and data protection law since March 2023. Phillip's legal experience also includes internships at the Commercial Court Vienna and DORDA Rechtsanwälte GmbH. Phillip holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law, Science & Technology from Stanford Law School and a Magister iuris in Law from the University of Vienna, along with coursework at Santa Clara University.
