Elizabeth Hays-Najlepszy possesses extensive experience in information security and IT audit management, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati since April 2019, after holding various positions including Assistant Chief Information Security Officer and AVP - Operational Risk and Compliance. Prior experience includes roles at GE as Manager of Operational Controllership - IT, and at Vantiv as IT Audit Manager, following a foundation in IT auditing and operational risk at Fifth Third Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Elizabeth began their career at GE Aviation as a co-op in IT and Logistics. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Intelligence from Xavier University and a degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
