Allyson Khayo, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as AVP, Inclusion & Talent Management at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati since July 2017, Allyson has held several roles within the organization focused on diversity and talent management. Prior to this, positions included College Relations Program Manager at LexisNexis and Recruiting Manager at Messer Construction Co. Starting their career as a Recruiter at LCA Vision and later as Recruiter II at Kendle, Allyson has demonstrated a strong commitment to enhancing workplace inclusivity and recruitment strategies. Allyson holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Human Resources from The Ohio State University and a Master's in Human Resource Development from Xavier University.
