Cosmin Serban, PhD, EMBA, has extensive experience in leadership and operations, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at FHC, Inc. since March 2005, while also managing EU Operations and previously working as a Software Engineer. In addition to this role, Cosmin has been the CEO of Termobit Prod Srl since October 2007. Academically, Cosmin holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from ASEBUSS Business School, a PhD in Biophysics from the University of Bucharest, and an undergraduate degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
